If you're planning on selling your home, we will agressively market your home with ALL the tools available to us. Don't let agents tell you that open houses don't sell homes. That's a lazy agent who just wants the Multiple Listing Service do the work for him or her. Open houses DO sell homes, and when we find and represent the buyer for you, it provides you with a substantial reduced comission cost. I can't tell you how many times we have been contacted by owners who have listed with agents who do little to market their home only to ask us to take over. You wouldn't hire a carpenter who says he won't use a hammer to get the job done, so don't hire a real estate team who won't use all the tools available to sell your home.
If you're planning on buying a home, we will search out all homes that match your needs, preview them, so you don't have to waste valuable time being taken to homes that you won't want anyway.
We also value communication with our clients. You may reach any of us on our cell phones at any time of the day or night. Our clients know they can call any of us during the night if they have an immediate concern, and we are there for them. There's nothing more annoying than an agent who lets all calls go to voicemail, just to make it convenient for him/her to call back at a later time. We answer right then and there. Try it!
